1.  President

Mike Martino has resigned as President of Beechwood Cove Property Owners Association Inc., and the Board appointed Director John Kratins as interim President until the May elections. John Kratins can be reached at: dlbfk@aol.com

2.  Director Positions

There are four Director positions open for election this May: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and At-Large.

Your current Directors have indicated that they wish to continue to serve in their current positions, as follows:

President: John Kratins (currently pro-tem)

Vice President: Joe Albanesius

Treasurer: Rob Kocher

At-Large: [Presently vacant]

Secretary: Tom Nemeth [term expires May 2013]

3.  Nominations

You are hereby notified that NOMINATIONS for the four expiring Director seats are now open.

Nominations for Director positions must be received by the Secretary by April 30, 2012, at which time the official ballot, along with official notification of the membership meeting, will be sent to you.

You can nominate yourself by sending an email to the Secretary at railpace@ptd.net or you can mail a letter stating your intentions to BCPOA at PO BOX 710, Greentown, PA 18426.

Voting will be accomplished by secret ballot; you may either mail your official paper ballot to BCPOA at PO BOX 710, Greentown, PA 18426, to arrive prior to the meeting date, or you may bring your paper ballot in person to the May Membership Meeting, where all ballots will be unsealed and recorded.

4.  Annual Membership Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting will be SATURDAY MAY 26 at 11:00 A.M. on the Beach (foot of Felix Lane)

5.  DUES 2012

Dues (assessments) bills will be emailed to you in late March/early April. The 2012 Assessment listing is also posted on this site now.

Dues for 2012 are approximately one half of last year, due to our favorable Treasury balance. Dues are payable no later than the membership meeting on May 26.

6.  DOCKS

The Docks are scheduled with John Walter be installed on the weekend of May 5-6. Last year many residents voiced interest in an early-May installation.
